You may experience this problem for a number of reasons. Ensure that the DSi Action Replay is disconnected from your console while trying to operate it with the Code Manager PC software.

The USB connection which you are connecting the DSi Action Replay may not be operating correctly. Try connecting the Action Replay directly to an alternative known working USB connection, bypassing any USB hubs.

If you continue to experience the same problems, we would suggest confirming that the DSi Action Replay is correctly installed. Within Device Manager if the DSi Action Replay is installed correctly it should be listed beneath the section ‘USB IO Controlled Devices’ named ‘DSi AR HW Programmer Device’. If the DSi Action Replay is not installed correctly it will be listed beneath the section ‘Other Devices’. If the DSi Action Replay is listed beneath the section ‘Other Devices’, you need to update your drivers by following the relevant steps below:

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users, please follow these steps to update your drivers:

1. View the Action Replay DSi icon within Device Manager under the section ‘Other Devices’
