My MAX Drive is not being recognised by the PC application or the PS2

Please contact Datel Customer Support directly with a detailed report of what is happening (be sure to explain what you are doing on both the PC and the PS2), and where and when your MAX Drive was purchased.

 

Please note we do not support any other manufacturer`s pen drives and will only answer technical support queries in relation to Datel`s MAX Drive.
