With the stand-alone product, you need to send us the DVDID and DVDVER numbers which appear in the top-right corner of the screen when you start up DVD Region X. Contact our support team at support@datel.co.uk.

If you’re using Action Replay MAX, these numbers are not displayed and unfortunately, the Action Replay MAX DVD Region X drivers cannot be upgraded to work with your PS2 model using an upgrade code. Again, contact our support team at support@datel.co.uk with regards to upgrading your disc. Let them know what version of Action Replay MAX you have (the version number is on the underside of the disc, near the hole) and how long you’ve had it for.

Usually, an entry screen appears if you need to enter codes, but here`s a link for the procedure. If no code entry screen appears, you may have to invest in a newer copy of DVD Region X.
