We think that no PlayStation 2 (not even a US one) will be able to play a NTSC ALL disc, as these disc are designed to be read as multi NTSC regions (eg region 1, 3 etc) and PS2 will only read a particular region specific disc. This is also why the DVD Region X will also not be able to cater for multiple regions, it can only convert on specific region to another specific region.
