Why does my Wii report `Unable to read the disc` after inserting my Wii Freeloader?

This problem is usually caused when the console is set to the Disc Channel before or after inserting the Wii Freeloader disc. While the Wii Freeloader disc is inserted, there`s no need for the console to be set to any screens other than the home screen

If this is not the case, check you`re using the correct region of Wii Freeloader.

Please find below a list of console regions, and what region of the Wii Freeloader they require:

• European/UK Wii console: European Wii Freeloader.

• USA Wii console: USA Wii Freeloader.

• Japanese Wii console: Japanese Wii Freeloader.

• Australian Wii console: European Wii Freeloader.

• Korean Wii console: Unfortunately we have not released a compatible Wii Freeloader as yet.

If you are inserting the Wii Freeloader only while the console is set to its home screen and you are using the correct region of Wii Freeloader, please contact us confirming that this is the case and confirming the region of console which you are using.
