You do not need to ‘open’ your GameCube. The Action Replay is a universal software disc (like a game disc) which works with a cartridge inserted in a memory card slot to allow you to use cheat codes and enable the loading of import games on any GameCube. This product does not invalidate your GameCube warranty as you do not need to modify it in any way.
