If the code is appearing in a yellow colour, it has not been entered correctly. Double-check you have put the correct codes in. Once the code becomes green or white, it has been inputted correctly.  

NOTE: This isn`t an issue with the very latest version of Action Replay GameCube, which offers all the codes preinstalled and does not offer facilities for inputting your own.
