It is indeed possible for us to retrieve either a licence key or the username/password which were entered within the software’s options screen to register the licence key.
To avoid any delays, please can you contact us using our European contact form confirming if you require your licence key or username/password. Also, confirm the email address used to register the username/password using our product registration form.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the username/password which are registered against a licence key, and to ensure the requested details are only sent to the user who purchased the product, we are only able to send any requested details to the email address which is registered against a licence key.
